Shipping & delivery

Welcome to Pawveras. We ship pet essentials worldwide with tracked fulfillment.

1. Free shipping worldwide

We offer 100% free tracked shipping on every order. There are no hidden shipping fees and no minimum order amount. The price shown on the product page is the final price you pay.

2. Processing and fulfillment

  • Orders are sent to fulfillment within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Items are processed, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Cancellation or address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Email support@pawveras.store with your order number.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times start from the dispatch date, not the order date.

  • United States and core delivery zones: approximately 4–9 business days
  • Rest of the world: approximately 7–14 business days, depending on local postal and customs processing

Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

4. Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Split shipments

Orders with multiple products may ship in more than one package from different warehouses. If one item arrives before another, the rest of your order is still on the way.

6. Lost, delayed, or missing packages

If tracking shows a long delay, or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, email support@pawveras.store with your order number.

7. Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
